Why should I pay for a membership?
From the moment you walk into our office, you’ll realize immediately that Family First Primary Care is not your typical health care provider. Your appointments are always on time, personal and our certified staff are friendly, communicative and thorough.
Through our membership program, patients have access to their provider at all times. You can text or call us at any time with any questions! Our goal above all else is to keep our patients healthy.
Our membership model allows us to provide quality care that is affordable for all patients. We are a patient-centered provider focused on keeping you healthy!
What is Functional Medicine?
Healthcare that focuses on optimizing your health, finding the root causes to your health issues. Then creating a treatment plan that focuses on wellness promotion and overall healing to address your health needs.
Conventional medicine tends to fail to address causative factors leading to a person’s health symptoms or concerns. Functional Medicine takes a deeper dive into identifying how all body systems are working and uses alternative methods of treatment.
Can a person be seen without a membership?
Yes, there are pay per service options. Please call the office for current pricing.
Can you be “my doctor” or “my child’s pediatrician”?
Yes, and I would love to be your primary care practitioner or pediatric practitioner!
What is Direct Primary Care?
Offering direct primary care services allows practitioners to give one on one more individualized care to patients. Patients can expect timely and complete management of their health problems, starting with identifying the root cause(s) and creating a management plan that is tailored to their needs.

How does a membership work?
First, we set up a free consultation getting to know your needs and concerns. If you choose to initiate a membership, a patient profile will be created based on your health history. Then, your first healthcare visit will be scheduled. At that visit we will dive deeper into your health concerns, health history, and address the needs and options in your wellness journey.
Your membership covers unlimited office and telehealth visits with your provider. You will have access to a direct messaging portal to address concerns, ask questions, and have your provider in your back pocket!
Do you take Health Savings Accounts (HSA) or Flex Spending Accounts (FSA)?
Yes, we are able to use these accounts with our memberships and services.
Do you take insurance?
Memberships and service costs are not covered by insurance. We have cash by prices for lab services and diagnostics, at excellent rates. Insurance can be applied to lab draws and referrals, if necessary.
